Creator Terms

Payouts are generally processed on a T+3 basis, meaning eligible earnings are typically made available for payout 3 business days after the underlying transaction settles.

These Creator Terms govern your use of JustList as a creator, including listing products, accepting support payments, receiving payouts, and maintaining content on the platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

By uploading content, you grant JustList a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to host, market, distribute, display, and sell your content through the platform for the duration of the listing and any post-termination access period required to protect buyers.

You represent that you own or control all rights necessary to grant these permissions and that your content does not infringe any third party rights.

JustList retains the platform fee shown in the commercial terms at the top of this page. GST, where applicable, is charged on the platform fee and remitted as required by law.

For Digital Products, applicable tax deductions such as TDS may be withheld where required by Indian law. The final amount credited to you is the gross customer payment minus the platform fee, taxes, statutory withholdings, refunds, chargebacks, and any other lawful adjustments.

Payouts are typically processed T+3 days once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹500. The Platform may change the payout cycle, minimum threshold, or reserve requirements from time to time for risk, compliance, or operational reasons.

If a payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, or later found to be fraudulent or unlawful, JustList may deduct the corresponding amount from future payouts or recover it by other lawful means.

Support payments, including tips and fan support, are voluntary contributions and not purchases of a license or digital product.

For Support payments, JustList acts as a technology and payment facilitator. The fee shown for support transactions covers the platform service, gateway handling, and operational costs associated with processing the payment.

Support payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or reversed due to fraud, error, or chargeback.

You may request removal of your listing or content at any time, but removal does not affect rights already granted to buyers who purchased access before removal.

If you delete a listing or close your account, existing buyers retain their lifetime sublicense or access rights to the extent promised at the time of purchase, unless a refund, legal issue, or platform enforcement action requires otherwise.

JustList may remove listings, disable purchases, or take down content immediately if we believe the content is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

JustList may delay, hold, or reserve payouts to cover refunds, chargebacks, compliance checks, fraud review, tax verification, or other operational risk.

If your account is terminated, disabled, or under review, JustList may retain funds for a reasonable period to settle disputes, chargebacks, taxes, refunds, and related obligations before any remaining balance is released to you.

If amounts are owed back to JustList, you authorize us to recover those amounts from future payouts, reserves, or other lawful recovery methods.

You may be required to complete KYC, bank verification, PAN verification, GST verification, or other compliance steps before receiving payouts or accessing certain account features.

If you provide incomplete or false information, JustList may restrict your account, delay payouts, or terminate your access.

You may not upload, distribute, promote, or sell content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

This includes stolen content, pirated software, malware, scam material, and any content that violates the rights of another person.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and support of your listings. You agree to indemnify and hold JustList harmless against claims arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms.

JustList may decide, in its reasonable discretion, whether a refund or reversal should be granted. For Digital Products, refunds are generally limited to cases where the product is defective, corrupted, unavailable, or materially misrepresented.

JustList may update these Creator Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
